Job Responsibilities:
- Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ensure all installations are completed to code and company standards
- Coordinate with customers, team members, and project managers on job progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete installation documentation accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Own set of HVAC installation tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
