Masters Wholesale in Rancho Cordova, a leading Appliance, Floor Covering and Kitchen plumbing distributor, has been in business for more than 50 year’s catering to the Construction, Property Management and Design trades as well as home owners and remodeling contractors. We currently have an opening for a highly motivated, reliable, and an experienced (Or Related Sales Experience) Appliance Salesperson who will be working remote and constantly on the road meeting with clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Need to produce Quota expecatation within first 2 months on the job
- Detail orientated, organized and excel savvy
- Account Management skillsets are required. Closing New Accounts, Maintain Accounts.
- 1-3 years of Appliance sales experience is recommended. Must have some sales experience.
- Candidates must have a desire to succeed, be motivated self-starters with proven sales experience.
- Must have the ability to develop new leads by cold calling and making appointments.
- Must have outstanding verbal, persuasive and written skills.
- Must have experience in identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to present oneself in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting customers.
This is an incredible opportunity for a hard working person looking for a long-term career opportunity. Our compensation program is a generous commission based, un-capped schedule. For the right candidate we will consider a 90 day guaranteed draw. First year earnings of a successful sales person could be between $70,000 and $100,000. A fully ramp sales person can make between $125,000 and $200,000.
