Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape/Landscape Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves working with various tools and equipment in a landscape construction and hardscape setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wall, walkway, patio and hardscape installation, along with a passion for providing excellent service in landscape construction.
Duties
- Works as a team member leading a hardscape and landscape construction crew
- Participate in building of walkways, retaining walls, patios, fire pits, etc., as well as drainage and other landscape construction projects
- Operates equipment, including skid steers, excavators and loaders
- Helps customers understand services provided
- Responds promptly to requests from office
- Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials
- Actively participates in learning opportunities
- Assist other production-based departments, as needed
- Work independently on various projects/tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts hoisting license (preferred)
- Ability to carry up to 50 to 100 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- 1+ years previous industry experience is required (hardscape and landscape construction)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hardscape installation and/or landscape construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
