Triangle Compounding Pharmacy has been custom-compounding medications in the Research Triangle for over 25 years. We were the first PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy in North Carolina, serving patients whose prescriptions can't be filled off a standard shelf.
About the Role
We're hiring a Pharmacy Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for our patients — in person, by phone, and by text. No pharmacy background is required; we're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely good with people.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and assist with prescription pickups and medication questions
- Provide customer support by phone, text, and in person
- Prepare and organize medications for pickup and shipment
- Support day-to-day front-of-house pharmacy operations
- Assist with shipping and receiving
What We Offer
- $17–$19/hour, based on experience

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a patient-facing, customer-service mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
