What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents to restore function and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)
Excellent communication, clinical, and documentation skills
Geriatric experience is a plus
