We are a well-established financial planning and wealth management firm with more than 40 years of serving families in Naples. We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Associate to support our advisors, clients, and operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient processing of client accounts, transfers, cash movements, trading support, and operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Open and maintain client accounts
- Process account updates, transfers, and service requests
- Coordinate and track account paperwork and documentation
- Assist with cashiering activities, including wires, checks, deposits, and stock transfers
- Monitor account transfers and cost basis information
- Document activities and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with operational reporting and reconciliation activities
- Help improve workflows and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, or RIA experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with custodial platforms, CRM systems, and account processing workflows is a plus
