Job Summary
Join the TTA team as a Client Solutions Specialist and become a key contributor to our energetic Sales Team, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions while building meaningful, long-lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate thrives on relationship-building, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. In this role, you will work closely with club administrators, general managers, and accounting teams to support their evolving needs while expanding TTA’s services within each account.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
- Contribute to team efforts through a variety of assigned responsibilities.
- Represent TTA’s brand with professionalism, expertise, and integrity
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or service solutions
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and professional manner
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including training and support teams, to deliver exceptional service
- Handle basic troubleshooting, questions, and follow-up communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
- Ability to learn products and services quickly
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call-center experience
- Interest in sales, account management, or client success
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with Jonas Club Software
- Prior experience in the Club Industry, Hospitality Industry, and/or Software Sales
- Experience in technical sales or technology-driven industries is highly desirable
