We are currently looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team!
Position type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance department of our skilled nursing facility. Coordinate, schedule, and respond to all maintenance requests
- Responsible for making sure repairs and replacements are necessary Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to daily to identify, minimize and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager
- Ensure all company, state, local or federal health, safety, health, building, fire and insurance codes or requirements are met or exceeded at all times
- Manage inventory and loss control program for the supplies, parts, tools, and equipment of the maintenance department
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) required
- Line Safety experience is required
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
