Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans

Assist with medication reminders

Document visits and patient progress accurately and timely

Current CNA Certification in the state of Pennsylvania.

Minimum 1 year of aide experience (Home Health experience preferred)

CPR certification (required)

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
