Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Clinic Service Representative/Driver (CSR). This role involves transporting pets from veterinary clinics and residences, supporting front office operations, and assisting with daily cremation processes.
This position requires professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Transport pets using company vehicle (clinics, homes, facility)
- Deliver cremated remains and supplies to veterinary clinics
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and returns
- Ensure proper documentation and identification for each pet
- Assist with:
- Client communication and phone support
- Explaining services and pricing
- Intake procedures (weighing, paw prints, preparation)
- Processing remains and preparing urns
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and vehicles
- Build positive relationships with clinic partners and clients
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Animal lover with strong empathy for grieving families
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (10+ years)
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work in heat and various weather conditions
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
