What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
- Build relationships and provide an outstanding buying experience.
- Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Work with lenders to help customers secure financing.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Represent UDrive USA with professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated individuals with sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and smartphones.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain and pass the Virginia DMV Motor Vehicle Salesperson License examination.
