Job Summary
Our partner in Menomonee Falls is seeking an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate would have experience within the construction or restoration experience and overseeing a team of project managers to help manage the job flow of upcoming and current projects. This first shift direct hire position would be compensated $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Restoration Operations Manager are, but not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of all construction projects to ensure customer and client satisfaction
- Manage the construction team, validate projects, and assign project managers
- Monitor volume of work and construction costs
- Ensure all work is performed within plans, specifications, local codes and requirements of the scope of the work.
- Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
- Perform other team management duties, including assignments, performance reviews and training
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience leading a team in the construction field
