Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Specialist to join our team. This role involves hands-on remodeling and carpentry work, with a focus on delivering high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of home renovation, including electrical work, flooring, and structural enhancements. You will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while maintaining safety and craftsmanship standards. Candidates must be willing to travel to different cities and have their own truck for transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks for residential properties, including bathroom and kitchen renovations
- Execute carpentry work such as building decks, stairs, and framing structures
- Conduct electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Replumb mobile homes using copper or CPVC piping materials
- Install vinyl plank flooring and other finishing touches to enhance interior aesthetics
- Apply texture finishes to walls and ceilings to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Drive to various job sites across different cities as required
Skills
- Proven experience in remodeling, carpentry, and electrical work within residential settings
- Strong knowledge of bathroom and kitchen remodels, including plumbing and electrical components
- Ability to install vinyl plank flooring and perform texture applications effectively
- Experience building decks and stairs with attention to detail and safety standards
- Competence in replumbing mobile homes using copper or CPVC piping materials
- Must own a truck and be willing to travel between multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability on job sites
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $200.00 - $325.00 per day
