We are seeking a highly disciplined, trustworthy, and naturally detail-driven professional to join our growing veteran-owned independent luxury watch dealership processing 500+ transactions annually as a Business Support Specialist. The timepieces in our care regularly range from $5,000 to $100,000+. Every box packed, every photo taken, and every listing created reflects our reputation. Working directly alongside the founder, you will become an integral part of a company built on discretion, precision, and extraordinary client service.

Primary Responsibilities
Luxury Asset Management & Secure Logistics
- Prepare, Quality Control, pack, and ship watches daily following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Execute daily FedEx runs; maintain meticulous chain-of-custody documentation on every transfer
- Prepare watches for secure domestic and international shipment following established security protocols
- Verify inventory accuracy before and after every transfer; protect confidential client, inventory, and pricing information at all times
- Consistently represent the company with professionalism during all off-site interactions
Inbound Receiving & Quality Control
- Unbox, inspect, and log incoming watches daily; flag any condition concerns to founder immediately
- Perform basic watch bracelet and case polishing in accordance with SOP
Photography & Listing Preparation
- Photograph each incoming watch per photography SOP; upload raw files via Dropbox workflow
- Prepare listing drafts for review & posting
Social Media Content Creation
- Assist in the filming and creation of organic content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Support the founder on and off camera during content capture; help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence online

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass comprehensive criminal background check, identity verification, and reference checks
- Must be comfortable signing an inventory accountability and confidentiality agreement
- Comfort learning proprietary CRMs, listing platforms, and unique business workflows
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Email, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok; comfortable being on camera for social media content
Compensation & Professional Growth
Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
