As an AT&T Sales Associate, you won’t be stuck behind a screen or a headset. This is a sales position where you’ll be the physical face of AT&T, engaging directly with customers to find the best wireless solutions for their lives. AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage in a full-time sales capacity, meeting directly with customers to actively promote and close deals on AT&T wireless products and services
- Engage directly with customers to showcase the value of AT&T’s wireless plans, devices, and upgrades through in-person demonstrations and consultations.
- Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed wireless sales goals while representing AT&T with professionalism

Qualifications for AT&T Sales Associate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior AT&T Sales Associate experience is a plus
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
- Previous experience in wireless sales or customer service is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
