Chandler, Campbelle and Daschle - CCD is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Smarte Carte Cart Associates at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport - MSY. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of Smarte Carte equipment by ensuring luggage carts are available for customers throughout the airport. Associates will transport carts from high-return areas to high-demand rental locations, perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance to keep equipment in excellent working condition, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, professionalism, honesty, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with fellow team members. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed to support airport operations.
This position pays $15.00 per hour and offers approximately 30 hours per week. Work schedules are available Monday through Sunday with shifts scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Applicants must be capable of pushing and pulling 75 to 100 pounds, including moving up to 15 luggage carts at one time, and must be able to stand and walk for the duration of their shift. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
