Key Responsibilities:

Inspect rooms and suites to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards.

Complete and verify status reports for housekeeping tasks.

Communicate with the front desk regarding room availability.

Oversee the lost and found program.

Maintain stock levels in supply rooms and carts.

Assist in inventory management and staff counseling.
Supportive Functions:

Provide exceptional customer service and information about hotel services.

Foster team member loyalty and empowerment.

Perform additional duties as requested to support the team.
Additional Duties:

Embrace and support the hotel’s culture and corporate policies.
