Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator supports recruiting operations, onboarding compliance, workforce reporting, vendor management, and full-cycle recruiting across multiple contracts. This role collaborates closely with operations, Human Resources, and recruiting leadership.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting.

Lead recruiting and staffing meetings with leadership.

Audit recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Track and analyze staffing metrics, recruiting performance, and onboarding activities.

Support staffing initiatives.

Coordinate with and maintain relationships with recruiting, background screening, medical, and onboarding vendors.

Support contract startups and transitions.
-
Prepare recruiting reports and staffing updates for leadership.

Train site administrators and hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding procedures.

Assist with special projects and perform other assigned duties.
Working Conditions

Frequent use of computers and phone.

Travel may be required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Extended periods of sitting, typing, and viewing computer screens.
Qualifications
-
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least three years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or staffing.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience supporting government contracts preferred.

Experience with vendor management preferred.
