AVL PRO Inc. is seeking Integrated System Specialist (IS-1) – Pre-wire / Install . This position requires Assist with the installation and setup of integrated audio/video (A/V) systems including structured cabling, pre-wire and trim work. Duties also include project site coordination and product handling. . Primary duties:
- Installing A/V equipment (e.g., video displays, audio systems, network gear)
- Telephone punch down, structured cabling, pre-wire, and trim installation
- Site activity coordination and inventory delivery
- Maintaining project logs and site supervision
Individual should be self- motivated, detailed oriented, with good organizational and leadership skills, and should have the ability to deal with customers in a professional friendly manner. Individual must be capable of managing, conducting, and finishing all projects in an efficient and professional manner. Background check is required for all AVL PRO Inc. team members. Position offers long term employment potential and career advancement. AVL PRO Inc. is based in Naples, Florida, covering the Southwest Florida market from Marco Island to Sarasota, Florida.
Skills / Requirements
– A/V Residential Installation and troubleshooting experience required (Minimum 5 Years)
– Organizational and Leadership qualities
– Excellent Communication and Documenting Skills
– Detailed Oriented
– Capable of reading drawings – blueprints/schematics
– Cable termination skills
– Use of electronic tools for calibration – troubleshooting
– IT knowledge is a must
– Experienced in installing and configuring: Control 4, Crestron, Lutron, & Savant
