We are seeking a licensed and experienced Life Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with our client base, promote life insurance products and build lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales growth while ensuring clients receive the best coverage options for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct comprehensive policy review appointments to identify coverage gaps and generate new life insurance sales opportunities
- Conduct needs analysis to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with benefits administration
- Generate referrals to enhance your pipeline of in-book opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Effective analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM tools to manage client interactions efficiently
- Ability to conduct outreach via telemarketing and leverage marketing strategies for lead generation
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
