**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE**
We are seeking a reliable Auto Body Painter Helper to do prep work and support refinish operations in a professional collision repair environment. This role works closely with the painter to ensure vehicles are properly prepared, finished, and meet quality standards prior to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Mask vehicles and components prior to refinish operations
- Inspect body and repair work before vehicles enter the paint booth
- Assist with final inspection of painted vehicles to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the painter to maintain efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness of the paint area and follow all safety procedures
- Perform additional support tasks related to refinish operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Required: Previous experience in an auto body or collision repair environment
- Preferred: I-CAR Certification
- Basic knowledge of refinish and prep processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and experienced
Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
