Duties
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters
Develop comprehensive project schedules
Manage project budgets through effective cost management strategies, including construction estimating and use excel for the moment
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to review blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility

Supervise project teams by managing staffing levels, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering a collaborative team environment

Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and safety records
Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding
ability to develop accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively
Strong knowledge of construction management practices including contract administration, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role; excellent leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of construction schedule coordination techniques; adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with managing construction site safety protocols and ensuring adherence to all safety standards
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Familiarity with managing contracts and negotiations related to construction projects
