Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and a strong attention to presentation
- Support daily mise en place and contribute to efficient, organized kitchen operations
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Assist in the preparation and execution of service, including special events and catered experiences
- Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation throughout all phases of service
- Contribute to smooth service flow through clear communication and teamwork
- Support inventory awareness and proper handling of all ingredients and kitchen equipment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting preferred; position level will align with experience
- Strong foundation in cooking techniques, knife skills, and ingredient preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
