Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition work on construction sites, including the removal of structures, walls, and other materials
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Dispose of debris and waste materials in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Assist with site cleanup and organization as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred
- Knowledge of blueprints and construction plans is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Familiarity with stucco, drywall, and door hanging techniques is beneficial
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
