- Number of Beds : 4 LDR's
- Patient Ratios : 1:1 pit - 2:1
- Type of equipment : no unit sec or tech
- Documentation system: Meditech / CPN
- Scheduling requirements: every other weekend
- Floating policy: No Floating
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
- Labor and delivery ,recovery, immeditate newborn care golden hour baby care
- PACU c-section
- BLS
- NRP
- AWHONN
- 2+ Years of Hosp/speciaty Experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
- Ability to scrub c-sections
- Meditech experience preferred
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)
- Active TX RN License ONLY- temp License will not be accepted
Procedures performed on unit:
- Must be able to circulate c-sections
Patient Experience Required:
- Patient experience Aidet , bedside shift report
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
- RN: Facility will provide scrubs
- Nail Policy Clean and Healthy
- Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
- Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not fessible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
- Piercings Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
