THE ROLE
Being a server at Fireside means more than taking orders — it's about bringing personality to the table. You'll help guests discover their new favorite burger, beer, or cocktail, keep the vibe fun, and work side by side with a team that's easy to laugh with and always has each other's backs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Guide them through our menu of flavorful, creative dishes paired with craft beer and specialty cocktails
- Take pride in your space and help where it's needed — good service starts with good teamwork
- Hustle when it's busy — the personality doesn't clock out

COMPENSATION
Average earnings of $20+/hr
INDIANA ALCOHOL SERVER EMPLOYEE PERMIT
To comply with Indiana law, servers must be at least 18 and obtain an Indiana Alcohol Server Employee Permit upon hire.
