```Duties```
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist with the development of new menu items
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a high level of food quality and presentation
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Experience in menu planning and meal preparation
- Excellent knife skills for food preparation tasks
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate them
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and regulations
