Our organization is seeking a Shift Leader to help supervise and coordinate business operations at our growing company. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. We're looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience working in a supervisory role and a proven track record in coordinating staff.
Responsibilities:

- Monitor the staff's performance and make sure they are doing their job properly.
- Utilize proper sanitation techniques when handling food.

- Taking a Shift that is open because of an employee emergency call off
- Cleaning - must follow the procedure of cleaning the store and make sure the staff is doing the cleaning job as well
