Altura Concepts is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwashers to support kitchen operations across our family of full-service restaurants, lounges, and fast-casual concepts. Dishwashers play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and supports the overall success of the culinary team.

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.

Maintain a continuous supply of clean dishes and kitchen equipment for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Inspect cleaned items to ensure they meet sanitation and quality standards before storage.

Keep dishwashing stations, sinks, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.

Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to company procedures.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, shelving, storage areas, and food preparation surfaces as assigned.

Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.

Support kitchen staff by transporting clean dishes, cookware, and supplies to designated areas.

Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks when requested by management.

Follow proper chemical handling and sanitation procedures.

Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.

Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Altura Concepts with integrity and professionalism.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety.

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain if required by local regulations.

Experience operating commercial dishwashing equipment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness under pressure.

Willingness to assist with kitchen support and prep tasks as needed.

Strong time management and teamwork skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including dish racks, cookware, boxes, and kitchen supplies.

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.

Ability to work safely around hot water, steam, cleaning chemicals, and commercial kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business demands require.
