Garcia Agency LLC is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing independent insurance agency.
If you're a licensed Michigan insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new clients, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most, we'd love to talk with you.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new personal and commercial insurance clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, business owners, and referral partners
- Quote, present, and sell personal and commercial insurance products
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Provide professional risk management recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently generate new business opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed production goals
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or both is a plus
