About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Automation Systems Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of our production environment. You will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency by maintaining complex control systems and optimizing automated processes.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and various industrial sensors to minimize production downtime.

Execute precise PLC programming edits and facilitate the integration of new equipment to enhance system performance.

Perform routine calibration and maintenance on critical instrumentation, including flow, temperature, and pressure sensors.

Conduct electrical troubleshooting and component repairs to ensure all machinery operates within safety and performance parameters.

Implement proactive preventative maintenance strategies to extend the lifecycle of automation hardware.

Manage technical documentation, including updating schematics and control panel diagrams to reflect current system configurations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and system reliability.
Qualifications-
2-5 years of professional experience in industrial automation or controls maintenance.

Proficiency in troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, HMIs, and motor control systems.

Strong grasp of electrical systems, including 24VDC and 120/480VAC circuits, relays, and field instrumentation.

Proven ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.

Solid understanding of industrial safety protocols, including LOTO and electrical safety standards.

Technical certification in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.

Direct experience working within food, beverage, or high-speed manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory compliance.

Advanced root cause analysis skills for complex system failures.
