CNC Machinist — 1st Shift (Mon - Fri) & 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu, 3-Day Weekend) | Swiss Lathe Training Available

The Schedule
We have openings on both shifts. Tell us your preference when you apply.
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM - a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend every week.
Overtime opportunities are available during busier periods for those who want to earn more.
Compensation

What You’ll Do
This is hands-on CNC machining work producing small, tight-tolerance plastic parts. If you have Swiss lathe experience, great — if not, we will train the right person on it.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce small, tight-tolerance plastic parts
- Read blueprints and make adjustments to hold print dimensions and tolerances
- Run first piece inspections and sign off on product quality
- Set up and run CNC Swiss lathes — or train into them if you are newer to Swiss
- Keep accurate documentation of your work
- Maintain safety and 5S standards in your work area

- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Able to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
- CNC Swiss lathe experience is a plus — we will train the right person
- Mechanically inclined with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Detail oriented, reliable, and safety minded
- Eager to learn and grow into more specialized work
