Location: Orlando, FL (In-Office)
A roofing and construction consulting company is seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Create and process invoices
- Communicate and work with insurance carriers
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Roofing industry knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must provide professional references
