We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Trainer
Trainers help new team members learn the River Street Sweets standard for guest service, product knowledge, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Train new hires on store procedures and guest service
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coach team members to meet company standards
- Assist leadership with onboarding and development
- Help maintain a positive team culture
Ideal Candidate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous retail or food service experience
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Reliable and detail oriented
Team Leader/Shift Leader/ Manager
Team Leaders help oversee daily operations and support management to ensure smooth store performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shift leadership and team support
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Help manage labor, cleanliness, and store organization
- Support training and development of team members
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Assist with placing orders
- Assists with taking inventory and making schedules
- Ability to run floor and manage team and still maintain guest interactions
Ideal Candidate
- Leadership experience in retail or food service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and accountable
- Flexibility with scheduling needs
