Lathe Set-Up / Operater — 2nd Shift (Mon –Thu, 3-Day Weekend)

The Schedule
We have openings on both shifts. Tell us your preference when you apply.
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM - a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend every week.
Overtime opportunities are available during busier periods for those who want to earn more.

What You’ll Do
This is hands-on CNC machining work producing, tight-tolerance plastic parts. Swiss lathe experience is a plus but not required.
- Set up and operate Mori Sieki horizontal lathe machines with G-Code to produce small, tight-tolerance plastic parts
- Read blueprints and make adjustments to hold print dimensions and tolerances
- Run first to piece inspection.
- Set up and run CNC / Lathes —
- Keep accurate documentation of your work
- Maintain safety and 5S standards in your work area
What We’re Looking For
- Atleast 1 year experience setting up and operating Horizontal Lathe machines
- Able to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
- Swiss lathe experience is a plus
- Brown & Sharp Screw Machine and Manual Lathe experience is a plus.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Detail oriented, reliable, and safety minded
- Eager to learn and grow into more specialized work
