Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Team Leads and Supervisors to join our dynamic cleaning and hospitality management team we are collecting resumes for future contracts and are not immediately making job offers. This role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial services across various facilities. Your leadership will inspire teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise cleaning crews, janitorial staff, and custodial teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs
- Manage supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Support laundry operations in hotel or hospitality settings by overseeing linen services and ensuring timely delivery
- Foster a positive team environment through motivation, coaching, and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, and laundry operations
- Experience managing housekeeper or hotel staff is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to train staff effectively on safety procedures and quality expectations
- Prior management or supervisory experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred
