We are looking for a Glass Technician Assistant / Helper to work alongside our skilled technicians on job sites and in the shop. Pay can be negotiated based on previous experince. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the glass industry, grow with a reputable company, and gain hands-on experience in Automotive, commercial and residential glass work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist glass technicians with measuring, handling, and installing glass and frames
- Help load/unload materials and tools for job sites
- Prepare job sites and clean up after installations
- Support technicians with basic tasks and tools
- Learn safe handling and installation techniques
- Drive company vehicle to job sites as needed (valid driver’s license required)
Qualifications:
- No prior glass experience required — training provided
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
- Comfortable using basic hand/power tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
