Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss healthcare coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance and benefit options
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual circumstances
- Guide clients through the enrollment and application process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Stay informed on industry updates and available products
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
