Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Administrator to oversee the management of vendor master data across our core business systems. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendor information, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Fusion, vendor onboarding, and vendor management processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvements and gain valuable experience within a dynamic, remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor data, including onboarding, profile updates, and maintenance across multiple internal systems.
- Review and approve vendor requests from internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between systems to identify and resolve record mismatches or synchronization errors.
- Act as the main liaison for vendor-related inquiries, guiding vendors and internal teams on registration processes and system navigation.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to clean legacy data, remove duplicates, and improve data quality.
- Identify bottlenecks in approval processes and recommend practical improvements to reduce processing times.
- Regularly audit vendor files to verify that tax forms, banking details, and certifications are current and compliant with regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Vendor Master Data in Oracle Fusion, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred.
- Proven experience with vendor onboarding, management, and maintaining vendor profiles within enterprise systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with enterprise environment practices, including compliance and data integrity standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Vendor Management systems and related processes.
- Knowledge of vendor onboarding protocols and document verification procedures.
- Prior experience in an enterprise or highly regulated environment.
- Knowledge of ZIP code data management is a plus but not required.
