Levels open: Business Sales Representative through Branch Manager, depending on market and experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You have spent at least 2 years as an outside sales rep for a staffing agency, selling agency services into industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or facility services accounts. Agency side staffing sales is the foundation we are hiring on. Without it, this will not be the right fit, but we would love to stay in touch for future roles.
We want to hear from you if:
- You sell staffing services into industrial accounts and you know how plant managers, ops leaders, and HR directors buy.
- You have hit quota year over year and have the numbers to prove it.
- You have built a territory through cold prospecting, account mapping, and door pulling. The real work, not just inbound leads.
- You want uncapped commission, not a capped bonus structure.
- You are a branch manager or senior rep ready to step into bigger market leadership.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean MVR.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- For Branch Manager candidates, prior experience leading a small team while carrying your own book is a strong plus.
WHAT YOU GET:
- $65,000 to $140,000+ for top producers (total yearly compensation inclusive of base and commission)
