Preferred Funding Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can help strengthen those relationships and make sure clients receive a consistent, professional experience from beginning to end.
This role focuses on communication, follow-through, and staying connected with clients throughout the lending process. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to answer questions, provide updates, help resolve issues, and make sure important details keep moving forward.
The right person for this role enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping people navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for lending clients
- Maintain consistent communication and provide timely updates
- Help clients understand next steps throughout the lending process
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep requests and information moving
- Track client needs, follow-ups, and important account details
- Assist with resolving questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience
What we’re looking for
- Experience in lending, banking, financial services, account management, or client relations
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Organized and able to manage multiple client relationships at once
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience with CRM or financial systems is a plus
Pay: $88,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
