We are looking for PRN Registered Nurses to provide nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own. Care that is individualized as ordered by the physician, and in accordance to the organization’s policies and procedures.
What you will be doing:
- Travel to patient homes , you manage your schedule, and schedule visits in collaboration with patients and families.
- Perform assessments and evaluate any care needs.
- Perform initial start of care admission.
- Develop plan of care.
What you should have:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
- One year of clinical experience.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
- Knowledge of Oasis preferred.
- The ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
