Bilingual Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Aurora & Denver, CO
Hannah’s Gift ABA is hiring a bilingual Lead Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and school settings throughout Aurora and Denver.
Pay: Up to $36 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Language Requirement: Fluent English and Spanish
Requirements
- Current or previously active RBT certification
- Previous experience working as an RBT
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with children with autism
- Comfortable providing services in homes and schools
- Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with families, BCBAs, and team members
Lead RBT Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Assist with training and supporting other behavior technicians
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs and the clinical team
- Help maintain consistency and quality across client services
- Support families and staff in a professional and compassionate manner
