We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative production environment.
Duties
- Able to work / maintain a moderate to fast pace
- Able to follow work orders to ensure proper lumber is used.
- Manually place top / bottom boards onto stringers, for assembly of pallets
- Ensure the quality of the pallet being assembled.
- Willing to learn proper set up of the machine depending on the work order.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a clean and organized work area while adhering to factory standards.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments confidently.
- Experience with materials handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating dimensions during production processes.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Strong safety awareness with the ability to follow all safety procedures diligently.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions to complete the job orders.
Shift hours for position:- 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
