Overview
We are seeking a strategic Home Service General Manager specializing in Roofing Construction to lead our residential service operations. Duties
- Lead and manage the entire roofing construction service division, including sales, project management, and customer service teams
- Work well with the readily available Ownership Team
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the residential roofing business while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Oversee profit & loss analysis, collaborating with the finance team to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded; utilize Excel data analysis for performance tracking and decision making
- Manage operational workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvements to maximize efficiency
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout every project
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share through sales strategies and community engagement
- Supervise team development efforts by mentoring managers and staff, fostering leadership skills, and promoting a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the roofing construction or home services industry with a focus on operational oversight
- Strong financial management skills, including profit & loss analysis and budget planning
- Expertise in project management tools and data-driven decision making using a CRM or similar platforms
- Demonstrated success in business management, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience leading executive-level teams with excellent managerial communication skills
- Ability to develop teams through leadership, training, and performance management strategies
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service excellence, and operational best practices in residential roofing construction
- Prior experience in lean management principles, supervising large teams, and driving operational efficiencies

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
