1 - 3 years experienced in structured cabling systems, Cat5, Cat6 and Cat7, installation of backbone fiber optic cable, raceway systems, fishing walls, labeling, testing, certification, demarc extension, splicing of fiber optic, coax, large count bundled voice and data cable, and understand and be able to use level three cable tester(s).
Must be comfortable carrying heavy equipment, working on ladders, walk-ways, vertical climbing, use of scissor lifts, articulating lifts working indoors and out. Use of such equipment requires training and certification and the mandatory use of OSHA approved fall prevention equipment.
Must be able to dress and punch down 66-M Blocks, Patch Panels, Data Jacks, Terminate and test fiber optic cable, according to industry standards.
Must be able to follow precise written and oral directions.
Posses a valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation.

Salary Range: $ 15.00 - $ 18.50/hr (based on experience)
