FOUR DAY WORK WEEK!
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, diagnostic and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Opportunity to evolve into a lead technician role.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance, diagnostic and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units & heating equipment. Mini splits and variable speed units as well.
- Service calls where you will perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems to identify issues and make minor repairs.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- May assist on large install jobs and/or larger repairs needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used and any additional information needed.
- On call rotation
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC field service, including knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license will be required for travel between job sites
- Reliable transportation to and from the business daily.
60 day probationary period

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
