Location: Snoice, Spring Valley, CA
Pay: $18.00/hr
Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt, hourly role
Reports To: Operations Manager / Store Management
Job Summary
At Snoice, we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Store & Equipment Maintenance
Associate who takes pride in keeping things clean, functional, and well cared for.
This role helps keep our store and catering operations running by taking ownership of routine
maintenance, equipment deep cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive upkeep.
You don’t need to be a professional handyman or licensed tradesperson. We’re looking for
someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, good at troubleshooting,
and willing to learn how our equipment works.
The goal is simple: take care of our equipment and facilities so small problems are caught
early, equipment lasts longer, and our team can operate safely and efficiently.
About Snoice
Snoice began in 2015 as a small pop-up inside Kababayan Bakery in Spring Valley. Today,
we’re a locally owned dessert business serving Asian-inspired treats like shaved snow,
halo-halo, and boba tea.
We’ve proudly served San Diego for over 10 years and have been recognized as Best
Desserts in San Diego and CA Small Business of the Year. Everything we do is guided by
our values of Family, Community, Culture, Growth, and Desserts.
Our mission is simple:
With every scoop and sip, we unite families to celebrate our roots and build tomorrow’s
community, one memorable encounter at a time.
