Business Office Director
Responsibilities:
The Business Office Director is responsible for overseeing the general administration of accounting, payroll and HR.
You will be responsible for administrative duties for the property, including but not limited to; staff recruitment, payroll, personnel files, employee orientation, and facilitating general employee issues and inquiries as directed.
Overseeing accounts receivable/collections, accounts payable, and management reports. Perform accounts receivable duties, such as; sending resident billing statements, maintains daily census, post payments to residents’ accounts, make bank deposits, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounting procedures, human resources, & payroll
- Prefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees
- Previous Senior Living Community experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
