About the Role
Orr BMW is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Service Greeter to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity to start a career in the automotive service industry, with real potential to grow into a Service Advisor role.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in making sure every visit starts and ends on a positive note.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive on the service drive
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Make outbound calls to customers to help set and confirm service appointments
- Provide shuttle and valet driving services for customers as needed
- Support the service team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
- Learn and use dealership computer/scheduling systems
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Reliability — must be able to show up to work on time, every time
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for shuttle/valet duties)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
